“G2 replaced our heat and air unit with a new Rheem heat pump and air on 3/25/26. We called several people for an estimate and they were the only ones who showed up. They had the old one out and new system installed in the same day. Works perfect. If there were more stars they would get them all.”
“G2 Comfort was recommended on Facebook by a mutual friend and was very quick to respond to my message asking for someone to help fix the AC unit at an Airbnb I manage in Memphis. Not only did he squeeze us into the calls already scheduled for the day, a Saturday nonetheless, but he was able to fix the problem and called to give me a full report. Michael did recommend a much-needed cleaning and maintenance service on the unit but it didn’t seem like he was trying to ‘upsell’ and rather felt like he was being helpful in order to eliminate future issues. We have been looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable HVAC service and I believe we have found it!”
