Heating & Cooling
Heating and cooling that holds up all year
Mississippi summers are unforgiving and winters are unpredictable. We install, repair and maintain the systems that carry you through both — sized correctly, installed properly, and serviced by people who pick up the phone.
Most comfort problems trace back to one of three things: a system that was never sized right for the space, an install that cut corners, or maintenance that quietly got skipped for a few years. We start by finding out which one you’re dealing with, then tell you plainly what it will take to fix it.
That means you get a full consultation before any recommendation — your options laid out, the trade-offs explained, and a clear answer on whether a repair makes more sense than a replacement. No pressure toward the biggest ticket in the catalogue.

Common questions
Repair it or replace it?
Age and repair history usually decide it. Under about 10 years with a first significant failure, repair is normally the better value. Past 12–15 years with repeat calls, replacement typically costs less over the life of the system. We give you both numbers so it’s your call.
How often should the system be serviced?
Twice a year is ideal — cooling before summer, heating before winter. If you only do one, make it the cooling check before a Mississippi summer.
Can you work on a system you didn’t install?
Yes. We repair, maintain and replace equipment regardless of who put it in.
What size system do I need?
It depends on square footage, insulation, windows, ductwork and layout — not a rule of thumb. Oversized systems short cycle and never dehumidify properly, which is why we calculate it rather than estimate it.
