Indoor Air Quality

Cleaner, healthier air in every room

Filtration, purification, humidity control and ventilation — so the air moving through your home is actually worth breathing.

Most homes have the symptoms before anyone names the cause. Dust that returns two days after cleaning. A room that smells musty no matter the season. Windows that fog on the inside. Allergies that are worse indoors than out.

Those are air problems, not temperature problems, and a thermostat will never fix them. Filtration, purification, humidity control and ventilation each solve a different one — which is why the first job is working out which one you actually have.

What’s included

  • Indoor air quality assessment — what is actually driving the dust, damp or odour in your home
  • High-efficiency filtration — media and high-MERV filter systems sized to your existing equipment
  • Air purification — whole-home purifiers and UV treatment for coils and airstream
  • Humidity control — whole-home humidifiers and dehumidifiers for damp summers and dry winters
  • Ventilation & exhaust — exhaust and circulation fans for kitchens, baths, attics and workshops
  • Ductwork & airflow — sealing and balancing so filtered air actually reaches the room

Best suited to

  • Households dealing with allergies, asthma or constant dust
  • Homes that feel muggy in summer or dry and static in winter
  • Musty smells, condensation on windows or visible mould
  • Rooms that stay stuffy no matter what the thermostat says
  • Homes with pets, smokers or recent renovation dust
  • Anyone wanting cleaner air without replacing the whole system

Why G2

Straight advice on fit

Not every home needs every product — we’ll tell you which ones will actually make a difference.

Installation quality decides results

A bypassed filter or an unsealed return undoes most of what the equipment is meant to do.

Common questions

Will this actually help my allergies?

Better filtration measurably reduces airborne dust, pollen and pet dander, and controlling humidity discourages mould and dust mites. How much difference you notice depends on what is triggering it, which is what the assessment is for.

Do I need a whole-home system or just better filters?

Often better filtration and sealed ductwork solve most of it. Purification and humidity control are worth adding when there is a specific problem to solve. We will say which applies to you.

Will a better filter strain my system?

It can if the filter is simply swapped for a denser one without checking airflow. Sized correctly — with enough filter area for the equipment — it will not.

How often do filters need changing?

It depends on the type — a one-inch filter needs attention monthly, a deep media filter typically lasts six to twelve months. We will tell you which you have and set a realistic interval.
